MISSION
DucksBack approached us to create a fresh, easy to use online store for their waterproof cover business. Ducksback had an existing website which was built on WordPress and used the very popular WooCommerce eCommerce platform. The site however was clunky, out of date and was not ready for the new updates which were coming in the next few months. Our mission? …to give them a website which was futureproof, had a more user friendly design and an improved user experience.
We came up with some initial designs which has a slight nod at the old site to keep with branding but improve the look and feel overall. Once approved we went ahead and started building the new site. It still remains on WordPress and uses the WooCommerce platform as the client is more than happy to remain with WooCommerce.
We integrated PayPal express checkout and a new payment gateway for them “Stripe”, Stripe is one of the leading payment gateways and more and more companies are switching to stripe for it’s easy to use customer experience.
